Boys Southeast Mentor Training 2023

Before the start of the new academic year, we have completed a 2-day onsite Mentor Training Program for our mentors into becoming effective mentors.

The Mentor Training included lectures and workshops that focused on explaining the important role a mentor plays in guiding, training, advising, and motivating the mentee to grow in both their academic and spiritual development.

In the workshops, we talked with our mentors interactively in order to increase the efficiency of mentor programs, both academically and spiritually.

In addition, our experienced guest speakers shared their mentoring experiences with our mentors throughout our program as well as the lectures.
